At Toni's Medical Aesthetics™ & Day Spa, our staff is dedicated to providing you with the best in quality spa services. You are important to us and we want to ensure that your visit to Toni's is a pleasurable spa experience.

• Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to relax.

• We love children too, but it is important that they be supervised by an adult at all times in the Clinic.

• Massage services: We suggest you drink plenty of water before and after your massage appointment, and please refrain from consuming alcohol prior to your massage. A robe and slippers are provided for your comfort and convenience.

• We recommend that all clients schedule their next appointment prior to leaving the Clinic in order to get the best selection of appointment times to meet their schedules.

• When you call for an appointment, please tell us if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies, or any other condition we should know about.

• If you find you will be more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we will accommodate you to the best of our ability, but your service may need to be shortened.

• We will make a courtesy call to remind you of your upcoming appointment.

• Gift cards must be presented at the time of your visit. Gift cards are not refundable, but may be redeemed for products or services. Toni's will not be responsible for lost gift cards.

• Purchased products may not be returned after opening.

• Prices and business hours are subject to change without notice.

• We accept cash, personal checks, Visa and MasterCard.

• Gratuity is not included in any of our prices.


Cancellation Policy
We respectfully request a 24-hour cancellation notice for individual services and a 48-hour cancellation notice for spa packages. Less notice will result in a fifty percent (50%) service charge. Missed appointments will also result in a fifty percent (50%) service charge. Missed Saturday appointments are charged in full. Missed appointments for spa packages are charged in full. A MasterCard or Visa credit card or gift card number is required to secure all appointments. If an appointment made to redeem a gift card is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, your spa treatment and gift card will be forfeited.
