Massage Techniques
Swedish Massage
$35 (30 minute)

This is the most common modality used by massage therapists; consists of gentle
pressure and long, gliding strokes that relax the body, mind and spirit.
Deep Tissue Massage
$75 (60 minute)
If you suffer from tension and pain, this massage focuses on those specific
areas that are most bothersome, with a combination of Swedish and deep pressure
techniques applied to the affected muscles and connective tissue.
Oncology Massage
A massage designed for those with cancer or who are in remission, regardless
of the progression or severity of the condition. This comfort-oriented massage
will nurture and soothe, bringing the body and mind together as one. This
treatment is performed by a therapist certified in Oncology massage who will
customize the massage to fit your needs. (Written physician consent is
requested if you are currently receiving treatments, between treatments or
if your treatments ended within one (1) year of the date of the massage session.)
Maternity Massage
This is a special massage just for expectant mothers. To receive this massage,
the mother needs to be at least 12 weeks into gestation and have written clearance
from her obstetrician. (A progression of 12 weeks is required for this
massage, along with your physicianıs written approval.)
